Data processed
Name, company, email, phone number, request content and any attached photograph. The site also processes technical data strictly required for operation and security.
Purpose and legal basis
Data is used solely to reply to the request, provide commercial or technical information, and carry out pre-contractual activities requested by the user.
Service providers
The site is hosted through ChatGPT Sites on Cloudflare infrastructure. Contact-form emails are sent through Resend. These providers process the technical data required to deliver the service.
Retention
Data is retained for the time required to handle the request and any resulting relationship, subject to legal obligations.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection by emailing info@pmacchine.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent data-protection authority.
Cookies
PM Macchine does not install profiling or analytics tools. Embedded external services, such as Google Maps, may apply their own technologies and privacy notices when loaded.
